Return Policy
We'll gladly accept for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase any merchandise purchased from Make Meaning that has not been altered and is accompanied by its original packaging and receipt or packing slip. Valid photo ID required for all in-store cash refunds.
FREE MERCHANDISE EXCHANGES (U.S.)
Fill out the exchange portion of your pre-paid U.S. return label and drop your exchange in the mail. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail (for online orders) once the package has arrived at our facilities, and in-stock items will be sent right away. .

Pre-paid Shipping Label - $7.00
Mail your item(s) using the included UPS return label, and we'll simply deduct a flat fee of $6.00 from your order refund for return postage.
Other Shipping Method
If you decide not to use the pre-paid label, the $7.00 fee will not be charged. When using another shipping method, please be sure to send merchandise to the following address:

Simply bring the packing slip and credit card used when you placed the order to any one of our stores.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESSING
Credit Card
If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.
