Mommy-to-be Melissa Joan Hart certainly has some great friends!

Her good pal Amanda K. Ruisi, owner of AKR Public Relations, threw Melissa quite the East Coast baby shower to celebrate the impending arrival of the actress' third child!

At the shower hosted by Make Meaning, Melissa and 20 of her closest comrades enjoyed a carnival-themed event, which featured bold colors and an array of treats.

So what did the ladies munch on? Mini cupcakes from Baked by Melissa, frozen sundaes from Soft Serve Fruit Co., and Godiva truffles!

Everyone had a blast participating in the activities -- including decorating their own cakes and getting temporary butterfly and star ink at the Glitter Tattoo station.

As for gifts, guests brought piles of diapers, which will be donated to Baby Buggy, a charitable organization that helps youngsters in need.

In April, Melissa and her hubby, Mark Wilkerson, announced they were expecting their third child. The couple, who married in July 2003, already have two sons: Mason, 6, and Brady, 4.
